Embodied Wavespell 13 Questions
Happy White Castle of Refinement!
Every 52 days, or 4 Wavespells of 13 days each, a new Castle starts. After transiting through the Red Castle of Initiations, now it’s time to reflect and organize ourselves by asking what we want to keep and what we want to let go of.
The first 13 days of this Castle begins today with the Red Skywalker Wavespell, a time to explore other ways of being and emptying our “life’s backpack” with what feels as heavy. Ask yourself, “what do I need and what am I willing to release?”.
