The White Wind Wavespell starts today with thirteen days to speak our truth and listen to our inner dialogue!

In the Light: feeling free to express ourselves openly; letting others know what we need and want; being good listeners; being inspired

In the Shadow: we are afraid to share with others who we truly are or what we do “behind the scenes”; keeping secrets and lying often

Questions for Reflection: do you allow others to know you for who you truly are? Are you afraid to be honest in your communication or, on the other extreme, you impose your truth on others? Are you present when speaking with others and truly listening to them or you are already anticipating your response? Do you listen to your mind and heart? Do you listen to Spirit to be guided be divine inspiration?

Actions for Transformation: during this Wavespell become aware of the way you communicate with others, including with your own self. Notice if you keep talking without listening or letting others share what they have to share. Or maybe you are afraid to express yourself and let others do the talk. Take time to enjoy silence and listen to your breath, to the sounds around you, to your inner dialogue. Breathe deeply and consciously call in Spirit. Listen, and keep breathing.

Embodied Wavespell 13 Questions

The White Wizard Wavespell starts today with thirteen days to experience Magic and connect with life in deeper ways!

Before we start, I will share how the new format will be for this Tzolkin cycle. Each archetype (energy, glyph) contains several layers that influence the way we live our lives and what we call reality. When we are heart-centered and explore the present filled with new opportunities, our “reality” is very different than when we are stuck in our stories and caught in the past. In other words, under the same circumstances, our experiences will differ based on the way we embody the light (soul) or shadow (ego) aspects of each archetypal energy.

For each Wavespell, I will make a very brief reference to the archetype’s light/shadow aspects (Wavespell’s first day) for you to reflect in which ways you are experiencing “reality”. The purpose is to identify one’s shadows so we can transform them into light.

Here we go… White Wizard:

In the Light: experiencing magical moments, feeling empowered and self-confident to be oneself and create a magical life.

In the Shadow: we only see “reality” as a 3D human experience and disconnect from our soul, from which magic is experienced.

Questions for Reflection: what does magic mean to you? Do you connect with the sacred daily (whatever it means to you)?

Actions for Transformation: create a little altar with sacred objects or things that matter to you (stones, photos, images, items from your ancestors, others) and connect with it daily. You can add a little vase of fresh flowers or light a candle if this calls to you.

Different Options

How many times we get stuck in a problem or challenging situation and we cannot find our way out? We generally have one way of seeing things based on our stories and filters. Sometimes it just takes a little openness from our side to see other options. What happens if I do this? Or try that? Play with possibilities by allowing yourself to see things in different ways. You may be surprised how simple the solution or answer is, and that it has always been “in front” of your nose but you couldn’t see it.

Listening to Spirit

Happy White Wind Wavespell, energy of communication, expression and… listening. In previous cycles, I mentioned being present when listening to others, and also being aware of our inner dialogue as we listened to our own selves. Today, I want to refer to listening to spirit, whatever that means to you. Some call it God, others Universe, Great Spirit, Higher Self, Nature, and so on. Independently of how you call all that is, find your way to have a daily practice to communicate with spirit and listen to its guidance and blessings. You can literally do it anywhere, no preparation is needed, and it can be as short as just a few minutes.
