Wiser use of our Free Will

I would like to share with you today two very wise messages as an invitation for self-reflection:

My dear friend Cathy recently said: “Everything is a choice – and optional! Being busy is a choice, traveling is a choice, how we spend our time is always up to us. No need to explain or feel bad about making our own choices that are perfect for us! Of course it’s always nice to share, but sometimes what we want individually is not what someone else wants… and that is all OK.”

And this photo on the left side was in a beautiful and little restaurant in the woods when visiting La Cumbrecita last year in the Province of Cordoba, Argentina. It says: “The true essence of what we are as persons is what we do when nobody sees us… Only we know it. And you, how are you?

Supermoon and Chinese Lunar New Year of the Horse

With the beginning of this Wavespell on January 30, 2014, we have the second supermoon in the same month. New moons are always auspicious times to set our intentions with what we want to manifest during the cycle. Since 2014 has just started, what a wonderful opportunity to consciously choose how we want this year to look like.

On the following day, January 31, 2014, the Chinese Year of the Wood Horse starts until February 18, 2015. The Horse is strong, energetic and free spirit. A year of fast pace filled with opportunities to continue making conscious choices in order to regain our freedom and ownership. In other words, a year to ‘take the horse by the reins’ and become responsible for one’s own destiny!

I just added 40 new photos from Lake Titicaca in Uros islands and Amantani island. I invite you to visit my Photo Gallery where you will be able to enjoy them.

Happy -conscious and wise- choices!

In Lak’esh means “I am another yourself!”, a Mayan greeting that recognizes the Divine in each living Being. It’s a message of Unity that reminds us that, when we give, we are also receiving. In this way, the Mayan honored and respected each other, reinforcing the belief that we are all interconnected: what we do to others and to our environment will also affect ourselves in the end…

Munay means both ‘Love’ and ‘Beauty’ in Quechua, the language of the Incas. Munay, translated as ‘To love’, is one of the three principles of the Andean way.
