Recent Trip to Sedona and New Mexico
Great Experiences… Earthquake included!

On November 27, 2014, Thanksgiving Day in the US, we left for a great road trip to Arizona and New Mexico. Sedona is a very beautiful place with several energy vortexes and amazing rock formations on diverse landscapes! The red rocks have crystals in them, as you can see in the photo on the top of this message. And you can click on all these photos to see them in a larger size.

After having dinner the first day with friends in Flagstaff, we enjoyed a fun Sunday hiking long trails and connecting with Mother Earth. At night, when we were about to go to sleep, there was a sudden “explosion” and everything started to shake. We were staying in a wood cabin at Oak Creek Canyon in Coconino National Forest with very tall ponderosa pine trees and it felt veeeery shaky! The next morning, we learned it was an earthquake of 4.7 magnitude and, looking at the map, its epicenter was practically under our cabin!! What a powerful experience to feel Pachamama’s vibration and strength after such an intense day!

Our stay in Sedona was very special with lots of hiking, great experiences and magical synchronicities. My favorite place was the Shaman’s Cave, which is not easy to find and it doesn’t show on the official maps either. The only people we saw were a couple driving ATV’s (little “all terrain vehicles”) that did a short hike and didn’t go to the cave, and a photographer looking for elks that also went on a different direction. So we ended up being the only ones there, which was a true blessing to enjoy the silence and connect with this so amazing place.

It was getting late, but we still decided to go to Boynton Canyon and visit Kachina Woman. Another powerful place!

As we arrived and parked our car, a loving man walking down the trail approached us and gifted us with a very beautiful heart shaped rock. He shared with us it made him very happy to help creating a better world by, in his words, “touching one heart at a time!”.

It is said that twisted junipers trees respond to vortex of energy. When you see a very twisted tree, it is an indicator that the energy is very strong there. This tree was at the Airport Mesa Vortex and it did feel very intense.

We left Bell Rock Vortex and Cathedral Rock Vortex for the end, since they are the most visited places and we wanted to avoid the crowds during the long Thanksgiving weekend.

What a wonderful trip! I will share New Mexico’s photos and experiences in future posts.

Despacho Andean Ritual and Mandala
Solstice Ceremony on December 21, 2014

Creating the Mandala for the Despacho was such a great experience, thank you so much for all your beautiful responses! In addition to the ones that were present in the ceremony, over 300 names were added from many different countries and you were all with us in spirit. This is Frank, our new family member that came with us from New Mexico, holding the mandala prior to the ceremony, which was used in the center of the Despacho. Other photos will be shared separately.

Entering into the Yellow Castle
December 21, 2014 to February 10, 2015

The Wavespell of the Red Earth initiates the Yellow Castle of Giving, the fourth of five castles in the Tzolkin cycle of 260 days. We have 52 days to relax after the intensity of the Blue Castle of Transformation. It is known as ‘Giving’, as it is time to share our gifts with the world after the lessons learned during the previous castle.

Hope you are enjoying the Holidays Season and may you have a Happy, Fun and Transformational 2015 filled with inspirational moments and synchronicities!

In Lak’esh means “I am another yourself!”, a Mayan greeting that recognizes the Divine in each living Being. It’s a message of Unity that reminds us that, when we give, we are also receiving. In this way, the Mayan honored and respected each other, reinforcing the belief that we are all interconnected: what we do to others and to our environment will also affect ourselves in the end…

Munay means both ‘Love’ and ‘Beauty’ in Quechua, the language of the Incas. Munay, translated as ‘To love’, is one of the three principles of the Andean way.
