Red Dragon Wavespell – Happy New Cycle!

Wavespell of the Red Dragon

February 8-20, 2018

It’s time for New Beginnings!

Happy New Tzolkin cycle everyone!

The last couple of months have been quite hectic, after an unexpected magical move to Sedona Arizona shortly after returning to the US from hosting a group in Peru.

In between packing and unpacking, we made lots of new -wild- friends here, experienced the most stunning Total Lunar Eclipse end of January, and had a lot of fun putting together my first webinars. Thank you to all that joined me in this great adventure!

You can still sign up for the Tzolkin Basics and Tzolkin Daily Planner webinars to listen to the replays. And you will find the details for the upcoming webinars here to get in tune in very practical ways with the daily energies and learn in depth the meaning of the 20 archetypes. In all cases, the replays will be available afterwards if you cannot participate in the live sessions.

Today, February 8, 2018, initiates an entire new Tzolkin cycle of 260 days. This is a great day to write down what you want to accomplish in the next roughly nine months. Are there any particular projects you would like to realize?

Under the Red Dragon Wavespell, we have the New Moon on February 15 with a Partial Solar Eclipse and, on the next day, many countries will be celebrating the New Lunar Year or Chinese Year of the Earth Dog.

After an intense year of the Fire Rooster, the Earth Dog invites us to step out of conflict and reconnect with our humanity to restore harmony in our relationships. It’s time to open our heart and treat each other with more respect and compassion. A year to go back to our roots both as human and spiritual beings, and to enhance our lives with daily rituals as we take care of Pachamama, Mother Earth.

Harmonic Module with dates for this new Cycle (February 8, 2018 to October 25, 2018)

The Red Dragon Wavespell gives birth to an entire new cycle of 260 days. The Harmonic Module is the matrix that contains these 260 days or Kins within the Tzolkin. You can click here or on the image below to see this entire cycle with its Gregorian dates.

Remember to visit the Daily Tzolkin each morning to read the message for the day (on the right side under the oracle) and meditate, reflect, open up to insights, and act as you get inspired.

For the ones that are just joining us

My Wavespell messages are based on the modern interpretation of the Tzolkin, the Sacred Mayan calendar, in correlation with the 13Moon Calendar.

The Tzolkin calendar is based on 20 glyphs or energies by 13 tones or numbers. In their combination, they create a matrix with 260 Kins where each day has a different energy. Every 13 days, a new Wavespell starts. This period of 13 days has an underlying theme that is determined by the Kin that falls on the first day of the Wavespell.

If you are just getting familiar with it, the invitation is to play and have fun without trying to approach it from your rational mind. Just allow yourself to embark into a new adventure filled with magic and synchronicities and let your intuition guide you. Understanding comes with practice. Enjoy!

In Lak’esh means “I am another yourself!”, a Mayan greeting that recognizes the Divine in each living Being. It’s a message of Unity that reminds us that, when we give, we are also receiving. In this way, the Mayan honored and respected each other, reinforcing the belief that we are all interconnected: what we do to others and to our environment will also affect ourselves in the end…

Munay means both ‘Love’ and ‘Beauty’ in Quechua, the language of the Incas. Munay, translated as ‘To love’, is one of the three principles of the Andean way.

I invite you to subscribe to the series of messages on Wavespells sent every 13 days.  To get in tune with the current cycle, please use the Daily Tzolkin.
