Healing Blue Hand Wavespell

by Mariela Maya

Matter manifests itself through four tangible basic elements: Earth, Water, Air and Fire. The fifth intangible element that holds them together is Ether. In order to feel healthy, in addition to our physical body, we also need to take care of our mental, emotional and living energy aspects. I want to share with you a video by Brahma Kumaris with a great meditation based on Healing Raja Yoga to restore health and purify the five elements of Nature. Expressed as God Shiva’s basic attributes in seven rays or energies, this meditation is a wonderful way to bring all of our seven chakras into harmony. Part 1 & Part 2.

The Blue Hand Wavespell is the third Wavespell of this cycle. From January 15 to 27, 2016, we are invited to approach healing on a holistic level rather than just physical. Blue Hand also refers to being “hands-on” and getting things done so our energy doesn’t get depleted.

In my last couple of messages, I gave a brief introduction on how to embody a Wavespell by daily relating each joint of our body with one of the Tzolkin’s 20 glyphs combined with one of the 13 numbers.

Getting in tune with a Wavespell is a wonderful way to make our days more beautiful and meaningful! Let’s see on a practical level what each one of this Wavespell’s thirteen days mean:

Friday, January 15, Blue Magnetic Hand
Purpose: the first day of any Wavespell sets the purpose for the specific period of 13 days. Within the Blue Hand Wavespell, we are invited until January 27 to pay attention to which aspects of our lives we don’t feel healthy at the moment (body, mind, heart and soul) and do something about it. It’s also a good time to see what we have on our “pending things list” and start taking care of the easiest items first, one-by-one. As the list gets shorter, we are happy with our accomplishments and have more energy to realize the more complex or time-consuming ones.

Saturday, January 16, Yellow Lunar Star
Challenge: the second day of any Wavespell is the one that shows us the extremes. Yellow Star is the artist that sees beauty in everything and everybody. As we allow our soul to express itself creatively and without judgment for a particular outcome, we heal.

Sunday, January 17, Red Electric Moon
Bonding: the third day of any Wavespell is the one that “connects the dots”. Independently of gender, Red Moon is the feminine energy that helps us to become more sensible and feel. As we allow ourselves to flow and express all of our emotions, we heal.

Monday, January 18, White Self-Existing Dog
Shaping: the fourth day of any Wavespell is the one that gives shape and form. White Dog is the power of Love and companionship, starting with self-love. As we open our hearts to shape our lives from our true and authentic self, we heal.

Tuesday, January 19, Blue Overtone Monkey
Empowering: the fifth day of any Wavespell is the one that empowers. Blue Monkey is the inner child that plays and has fun. As we gather the resources we need and enjoy what we do, we heal.

Wednesday, January 20, Yellow Rhythmic Human
Balancing: the sixth day of any Wavespell is the one that brings balance. Yellow Human is the architect that uses his free will to create the life he wants. As we organize ourselves based on what we want and make wiser choices, we heal.

Thursday, January 21, Red Resonant Skywalker
Aligning: the seventh day of any Wavespell is the one that helps us to become centered. Red Skywalker is the adventurer that seeks new horizons. As we enter in resonance with life and empty our backpacks from all burdens, we heal.

Friday, January 22, White Galactic Wizard
Integrating: the eighth day of any Wavespell is the one for integration. White Wizard is the power of magic helping us to experience life with awe and wonder. As we feel self-confident and integrate our parts within, we heal.

Saturday, January 23, Blue Solar Eagle
Pulsing: the ninth day of any Wavespell is the one that gives the last push prior to manifestation. Blue Eagle is the power of Vision showing us ways to see things differently. As we spread our wings to move forward and gain new perspectives on our current circumstances, we heal.

Sunday, January 24, Yellow Planetary Warrior
Manifesting: the tenth day of any Wavespell is the one that manifests. Yellow Warrior is the strategic planner who asks the right questions to get the right answers. As we walk our path fearlessly while manifesting our goals, we heal.

Monday, January 25, Red Spectral Earth
Releasing: the eleventh day of any Wavespell is the one that liberates. Red Earth is the energy of grounding, of being present in the moment. As we dissolve what is blocking us and reconnect with Mother Nature and our own rhythms, we heal.

Tuesday, January 26, White Crystal Mirror
Sharing: the twelfth day of any Wavespell is the one for cooperation. White Mirror is the energy of reflection and discernment. As we clean our foggy mirrors and connect with one another genuinely, we heal.

Wednesday, January 27, Blue Cosmic Storm
Transcending: the thirteenth day of any Wavespell is the one that gives closure. Blue Storm is the archetype of deep transformation. As we embrace change and allow purification to occur, we heal.

The invitation each morning is to move the thirteen joints as you connect with their meaning for this specific Wavespell. After you go through the 13 joints, focus your attention on the energy of the day and allow yourself to be guided on what to do with it. Maybe you get inspired later during the day, so just let it happen.

Each glyph has many layers and can be interpreted and experienced in different ways. With practice, it will become clearer on how to use it in ways that works for you.

Growing up with his music, I dedicate this message to David Bowie, a great singer and artist, who passed away from cancer last week at the age of 69. As a visionary and adventurer, David Bowie was Blue Electric Eagle born on January 8, 1947, on the third day of the Red Skywalker Wavespell. He was very original and innovative and influenced the course of pop music in many ways!

Happy Healing!

In Lak’esh means “I am another yourself!”, a Mayan greeting that recognizes the Divine in each living Being. It’s a message of Unity that reminds us that, when we give, we are also receiving. In this way, the Mayan honored and respected each other, reinforcing the belief that we are all interconnected: what we do to others and to our environment will also affect ourselves in the end…

Munay means both ‘Love’ and ‘Beauty’ in Quechua, the language of the Incas. Munay, translated as ‘To love’, is one of the three principles of the Andean way.
