Blue Eagle Wavespell – Big Picture

by Mariela Maya

The wildlife in our backyard is getting wilder! Bobcats, javelinas, hummingbirds and different types of birds in all colors visit us often. I having so much fun with my new friends while learning the names of new species, as the Western Scrub Jay (top right) and Western Bluebird (bottom right).

The theme for the next 13 days is Vision!

Many times we walk in life with “trees glued to our noses”, which end up blocking us from seeing the forest. We go through all kind of challenges that filter the way we experience reality and it may get to a point that it is difficult for us to appreciate anything beyond them. The moment we allow ourselves to detach from the daily struggle and become an observer, we shift our perception and start seeing things from new angles. What is blocking your vision?

Read first what our little caterpillar friend is going through in these days and then what Perceptive Butterfly has to say about it:

In Lak’esh means “I am another yourself!”, a Mayan greeting that recognizes the Divine in each living Being. It’s a message of Unity that reminds us that, when we give, we are also receiving. In this way, the Mayan honored and respected each other, reinforcing the belief that we are all interconnected: what we do to others and to our environment will also affect ourselves in the end…

Munay means both ‘Love’ and ‘Beauty’ in Quechua, the language of the Incas. Munay, translated as ‘To love’, is one of the three principles of the Andean way.

I invite you to subscribe to the series of messages on Wavespells sent every 13 days.  To get in tune with the current cycle, please use the Daily Tzolkin.
