The Tzolkin, Sacred Mayan Calendar, is a cycle of 260 days composed of 20 glyphs by 13 numbers. Each day combines a glyph and a number giving to it a specific meaning as an invitation to connect with certain aspects of our being. Every 13 days, there is a shift of energy and the glyph that falls on the first day sets the purpose for the following almost two weeks. In the modern application of the Tzolkin, the 13-day period is called a Wavespell, and there are 20 Wavespells in a cycle.
